Offering Local and Distance Services
- H.O.P.E. customizes Wellness Coaching for you based on your specific goals and needs, whether "you" are an individual or a group/team. Want to improve your overall wellness or focus on specific areas of your health and well-being? Need to learn and develop better ways to manage stress? When you sign up for one of our multi visit packages, Ellen will provide regular check-ins between sessions in order to see how you're progressing and offer encouragement. As your personal coach, Ellen is your ally, a source of guidance, resources and feedback, and a motivator who will help hold you accountable to the action steps you've committed to.
- Mindfulness is “paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and nonjudgmentally (Jon Kabat-Zinn)." Mindfulness can help you wake up, pay attention, increase your awareness, and see what’s really going on in your life. Then, off of auto-pilot, you can learn to respond instead of react and make healthier choices.
Research has shown that mindfulness can:
- We can help you get to the cause(s) of your stress, and co-create a plan to help you manage stress more effectively. Mindful breathing, increasing your activity level, improving sleep habits, and eating a more healthful diet can work wonders!
- H.O.P.E. sessions will guide you in setting goals, and then help you follow through so that you can create the life you truly want! Clients find that incorporating mindfulness into their lives on a daily basis can be extremely empowering!
- Programs and retreats customized based on the goals and needs of your group! Team Building with H.O.P.E. can help your group become a better TEAM, improve communication, and develop more effective stress management skills.
- Services for the individual, or your whole team, in office, at your location, via Skype or phone!
- Via phone, Skype or other digital means.
